V6 box error code s102

Hi,

I'm trying to install a new V6 tv box and am getting an s102 error code and channel loading gets stuck at 33%.

Is there a workaround that doesn't require me to call technical support? I've already been on hold with them for about 8 hours of my life in the last few weeks so can't bear to go through that again!

Hi s102 indicates box unable to acquire channel information, so is Internet related, however sticking on 33% means the box needs activating the activation number is 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of the box to hand. Regards Micky
