As reported via Twitter to Virgin Support I have an issue (which I can see others have posted elsewhere online as far back as 2020) whereby if I start watching coverage on Eurosport UHD/4K channel 523 when I then go to change channels to watch any other channel the sound of that new channel cuts in for a very brief moment then the screen goes black and no sound and the V6 box fails to respond to any further input from the remote (other than power on/off) and is the unusable until it is powered off at the switch/plug.
Need a resolution to this ASAP
