V6 box briefly cuts out when switched on

When our v6 box is first switched on it briefly cuts out. Box has been replaced twice along with the cables. Both HAMI sockets on tv have also been tried. Switching off box and tv solves the situation only until the next time. Connecting a TiVo box and there is no problem also if we are using a streaming channel, there is no problem. It's very frustrating.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your TV box cutting out briefly, we'd love to help with this.
Could you please advise if the TV box is connecting via ethernet cable to your hub when the disconnections occur and if you get an error message on screen when this happens?

Also, can you confirm if the problems appear while on a live channel / programme or on-demand / catch-up?
