I've just re-ordered the V6 Upgrade with a new delivery date of June 22. There's a clause on the confirmation page that reads:
'We'll send you an email confirming your delivery date within 7 days. If there's a delay it just means it's taking us a little longer to process because there's some outstanding activity on your account.'
So I'm guessing I never received a confirmation email.
And have very little hope of getting the upgrade!
I tried using the Live Chat but it's a BOT and can't actually answer anything. Resorting to phoning.
