I have received a letter saying that I have to upgrade to a V6 box by the end of June.
I'm a key worker, working shifts & don't have hours to spend sitting waiting for someone to answer my call. Why is there no way of doing this online? Or if it's a necessity, why are you not just sending boxes out to us, without us having to call you? Seems a bit of a backward way to do business.
Can someone send me in the right direction so that I can do this online, please?
