V6 TiVo not connecting

V6 TiVo not connecting. Tried everything unplugging cables, reboot, going to settings, even ringing support followed to get text link ( 3 times) no received anything.  Seems to only affect BBC iplayer normal tv Ok broadband ok wifi ok two lights on

Think the box is faulty HELP

You say two lights on  -  is that the two lights on the front of the V6 TiVo?

What colours are them lights and what "shape" are they?

Both Red. I think one represents connection & other sound. Most Tv channels ok except digital bbc iplayer, Netflix Etc. been round the houses with this all cables in and out , rebooted 3 times, rang virgin said they’d sent a text never received. Broadband ok, WiFi/ internet ok. Just the box says error c230 Not connecting & v220 on catch up.

Those two indications for Internet status. They should both be OFF.

If both are on then you are not connected to the Internet. The result will then be all tv works but all apps like Netflix and iPlayer will not. You will also get the error clodes your report.

Either you Ethernet lead has been disconnected or you need to re-establish the WiFi connection in the Network menu on the V6,

I knew about the lights already and I’ve done all this before as stated in earlier posts. I’m tired of repeating all the same info and Just getting Same questions. Thanks for trying
