Thx for your reply. I ordered it via the VM App. I was using the App to do a performance test of my VM equipment and it identified that i had old equipment and there was a box to tick which enabled me to order the latest Hub3 and V6 TV box. As I said, the box only contained the Hub.
Its so frustrating that a person cannot contact VM, and as you say there is no email address. So I dont know what to do.
