V6 TV Box not received .. cant contact Virgin .. Help

Hello

I ordered a new V6 TV Box and a new Hub3 Router. I only received the Router. I have tried many times  to phone Virgin but just constantly in a queue, and I cant find an email address for them. 

Does anybody know how I can contact Virgin Media?

How did you order the new V6 box - was this online or by phone?

There is no published email address for VM C/S

Thx for your reply. I ordered it via the VM App. I was using the App to do a performance test of my VM equipment and it identified that i had old equipment and there was a box to tick which enabled me to order the latest Hub3 and V6 TV box. As I said, the box only contained the Hub.

Its so frustrating that a person cannot contact VM, and as you say there is no email address. So I dont know what to do.
