V6 Stuck in loop

My v6 box wont start up .....it goes from welcome screen to starting up...but then seems to turn off and start the process all.over again!! 

I have tried rebooting and reseting several times but still doing it.

Is there a fix for this at all please?

Call into VM Faults to report it.

150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

VM staff respond on here, but it may take a couple of days or so.

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with your V6 box, we would need a technician visit to look into this issue.

Sorry - all sorted now..!!  Called virgin and sent technician who basically said it means the hard drive has stopped working - so a new box it is then!!
