V6 Remote Faulty

Hi there, new to the community, I'm trying to order a replacement V6 remote but just keep going round in circles with the failed links, can anyone from the VM team please assist

Yes and cleared the cache on all but get the same answer...ooops something went wrong etc...........just need a working link
