V6 Red Button Channels Freezing

Hello

Becoming increasingly frustrated with service. In the last few months I am having to reboot V6 more and more often.

I've had to reboot my V6 box 4 times in the last 24 hours due to red button channels ( Amazon Prime Video / Netflix / BBC iPlayer ) feed freezing. Regular channels are OK and checking service shows no issues in my area.

Do I need a new V6 box?

More likely an internet issue rather than the V6 box itself. Try rebooting the hub and checking the V6's internet connection.
