V6 Pin Auto reset

HI,I have two v6 boxes and last week, overnight, the pin numbers auto reset themselves back to the default. Luckily remembered what they were and reset back to the PIN that I had set. Called support (for another problem, V6 keeps rewinding live TV) and they said that it cannot be done automatically, but no one was up to change the PIN.

Anyone else had this problem

In all my years of using TiVo/V6, and responding to posts on here, I have never heard of a TV PIN being reset other than by intentional intervention.

The default TV PIN is 1234, you can change it using the TV Care menus.
