An orange light has appeared on the TV box, and now there is nothing appearing on screen. I’ve tried several resets with no joy. Any ideas please?
There's a bit more info on the various lights here , but the orange light tends to mean a problem on the connection between your box & VM.
I'd check the status page here for any known faults, try rebooting your box as a first step and then call VM C/S to report a fault. Probably in that order.
