For a few weeks when entering Netflix via apps, it will open and allow a scroll of the main landing page to select a program. However when I navigate over and up to the search tab it freezes and won’t allow me to enter any text and also won’t allow me to back out into the main landing page.
I have forced a box reset via help menu. Also repaired remote. Does same via mobile remote app.
Any ideas to restore search? Is it a box or Netflix issue?
Same issue here, everytime I try to use the search tab on netflix via v6 box it freezes and I have to reset the box. Pretty sure it is a virgin issue as netflix app is working fine on other devices in my home.
Hoping someone with a solution to this issue answers soon.
