V6 Installation

Started installing the package yesterday - the router is fine but I was thwarted by the C119 issues for the V6 box.  I'm now told the issues have been cleared up but, despite many full boot downs and restarts, all I get is 34 seconds of "Welcome" in 11 languages before the screen goes to black... forever.  Is it me...? What am I doing wrong?

Have you called in to activate the box ?
There are reports today that there may be a national problem with this see...
