We have a V6 Box in the Living room and placed the TiVo Box up in one of the Bedrooms which worked great. We then received another V6 Box as we were having issues with the one in the Living room but didn’t need it so have tried to replace the TiVo Box in the Bedroom with it but keep getting a S102 error code. I have tried calling Virgin but they are saying that their Call centres are closed due to Covid. I don’t know what to do? I guess that the Box needs to be activated but how?
