Hi, Turned on our TV this afternoon and found on Start-up loop. Green Screen keeps coming up with "The DVR has detected a serious problem..." Can someone help please, as I was in the queue to speak to an adviser but, after 63 minutes of tiresome muzak I was cut off!
Would be great to get this fixed ASAP if there's anyone on here who can help.
Unfortunately for yourself, this one can't be resolved online. This error message means the hard drive in your box has failed, the only solution is a replacement box.
Forum staff work their way through posts on here, but it can take several days - so the quickest way will, I'm afraid, be to wait patiently for faults C/S to answer. I can only imagine how frustrating it is, but you're doing the right thing already....
