I have a cable connector (I believe it’s a IEC adaptor) missing from by V6 box. I waited for 45 minutes for customer services to answer, but have given up. Can someone from VM please arrange for this to be posted?
Sorry to say, this forum isn't a first-line reporting facility. VM staff do respond to posts where alternative means of contact aren't working, but in your case - waiting for VM to answer the C/S line will probably be quicker 😉
