V6 Error - Account Service shows as 22:Staging
Had the new box for 3 weeks now and has never worked. On-line support failed to resolve and can't get through to telephone support.
looking at some previous forum posts with this error it may be that the box hasn't been activated. The activation number is 0800 953 9500
Please try that, and if unsuccesful come back here and update your post, then hopefully a Forum Staff member may be able to pick it up and resolve it for you.

Been on hold for hours and no response from support line & web site links don't help.
Hopefully an agent will respond to this as I have all the details such as Account Number and Area ref.
Any suggestions from anyone other than move to another provider?

No one answers on telephone support.
Website recommends you call helpline.
Apart from helpful community members, no Virgin support on here.
Open to suggestions for who to switch to.
