Any TV box that is restarting, has a fault - and that should be reported.

Buffering is usually a sign of poor internet connectivity. Your V6 gets that via the home-hub, is it wirelessly connected or is it hard-wired using the recommended Ethernet cable?

It is wireless my box is not far from hub.

I'm going to run test one more time turning things off for a bit longer but I gree it will need reporting. When I ran test via my Virgin media app it said box not connected so obviously a problem. Thanks

How far is "not far"? And if it's close enough to be using Ethernet cable, is there a reason it's not connected hard-wired?

At the very least it would be an easy process of elimination. At best it could resolve your issues.

You have a short time after posting to edit posts to avoid needing multiple short replies.

Follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, check that Ethernet is shown in the top-right with an IP address.
