V6 Box

Tried installing V6 box yesterday and as with other Postings no resolve from Virgin for Error CS1012. This after almost 4 hours non stop phone calls and speaking to 4 different advisors. "Reset this reboot that, can't find Error code" Does anyone at Virgin know what they're doing. The last advisor said it must be a faulty box and would send a Technician with to set it up. One can but live in hope

Do you have a V6 or a V360? Check here if you're not sure.

Was this a brand-new TV install? Or adding TV to a broadband-only subscription? Or a box-swap from TiVo?

Faulty box, apparently, Virgin finally succumbed and sent a technician with a new V6 Box to install it. Thank you for your help.
