Recently my V6 box has been turning itself off for no apparent reason and then rebooting ( about 3 times a week ) and also it wont play you tube or netflix for some reason , until I turn it off for 1 minute and then turn it back on.
Has anyone any ideas on how to fix this , or do I need to get a new V6 box , in which case how do I go about it and how much will it cost ?
Engineer visits or replacement boxes are included in your monthly subscription and Virgin don't charge for these - assuming your kit hasn't been misused or anything.
You need to call VM on either 150 (from a Virgin phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Speak to a faults agent and they'll be able to arrange whatever is necessary.
