V6 Box

I can’t get my new V6 box out of standby mode can anyone help please

Hello

Is the remote not working ? as pressing the button top left (green power button) on the remote will take it out of standby.

If that doesn't work, power off the box for 30 secs and then back on that should force it out of standby.

Hello

Looks like you box has died for some reason, you are going to need a replacement box, either call in, use the text messaging service https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Digital-life/When-and-how-to-use-our-messaging-service/ba-p/425... or wait for a VM forum staff member to come here to order a new box make take afew days to come back to you.

Thanks for passing security

I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone 
Can you please let me know how the visit goes
