my V6 TV box is stuck in a boot loop, between “Starting Up” and “Welcome” in lots of languages, then switches off and back to “Starting Up”. I’ve done the classic, switching off, wait 15 seconds then back on. I’ve unplugged all the cables at the back. And still stuck in the loop.
Our Broadband services are all good, believe me if they weren’t my son would’ve told me by now.
This is the third time in the last month this has happened, the other two time seemed to work after I took out the HDMI cables.

Can we please confirm if you can please try run a pin hole reset of the Hub just in case it's this connection which is stopping it from starting up? It may also help to check the white coax cable running from the Hub to the Tivo box may have come loose at any point in this connection.
