V6 box lasted pretty much 12 hours before it stopped working. Have tried all the resets, connection checks and other suggestions on this site but nothing works.
Switch box on and get welcome screen, then TV says no signal, then get ‘starting up’screen and then TV says no signal again and then back to welcome screen and so on.Basically the box won’t boot up after it suddenly stopped working last night. Nothing l try will get it to restart!
Sounds like your box is stuck in the startup loop, and potentially failed.
If I was you, I'd call VM to report this. 150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
