V6 Box restarting

V6 box is just continuously restarting itself.  Have tried turning the box itself off and also unplugging at the wall for about 15 mins.  Programmes come on for about 2 minutes then it restarts again.  Have tried running the test online and it says there isn't a fault.......

Check the service status page - https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status#.  - if there's nothing reported, also check the status line 0800 5610061 which can sometimes list problems that are more localised.

If nothing is reported on either, then you either have an area fault that isn't yet reported (possibly because no-one's called in to report it) or you have a box fault. In any case - call TV Faults (150 from VM or 0345 4541111) and report the problem. They re-open at 8am.
