V6 Box not working

Hi.  Our box is simply making a noise and alternating between the welcome page and this symbol

I have rebooted/disconnected and reconnected.  Can anyone help please or give me a number to be able to speak with a human being at Virgin?

Sounds like your hard drive may have issues.

Virgin TV Faults are on 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
