V6 Box not activating

I activated my new V6 box over 2 hrs ago and I've only got 5 channels coming through. I've followed step by step instructions on the app for testing the kit and been on the error code page. Still nothing and the channels that I can get have the fault code floating around the screen (error code is 7400)

Your box has not been activated for whatever reason. You will have to phone in again to try and get it activated or you can wait several days for a Moderator to deal with your query.

Hi Sharps,

Try rebooting the V6 please. If the channels are still greyed out then you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.

The lines are open from 8am.

You will need the V6 serial number, your account number, and area number.
