V6 Box not activated

Tried the online service test run without any problems.  Also tried calling service hotline but as you all know it's impossible to get through.  Anyone from VM in the community here can help?

Sorry, but box activations can't be done via this forum

Most of the time, replacement equipment is sent out pre-activafed and just powering-up & connecting them is sufficient. If this fails, or too much time elapses between it being sent out and installed, then the process needs to be done manually.

There are some online steps at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 otherwise 0800 9539500 is the way to go.
