I am getting no signal from my V6 for over 24 hours. When I reboot it I get the Welcome page and the Starting Up page. Once the start-up is complete there is then no signal.
Assuming that your co-ax (carrying the TV signal) and your internet (Ethernet or WiFi) connections are both good.. check there's no reported area faults on 0800 5610061.
If not, then call VM faults to report your issue. 150 or 0345 4541111

thank you. they have confirmed it is fault with the box and are replacing it.
