I've got a V6 box and my on demand isn't working. When I go into System Info it says "Virgin Media Service Account Status: Staging" - is this related?
When you say your OnDemand isn't working... in what way?
Are you getting any error messages or codes when you try to use it?

I get error V210 regardless of whether I use wired or wireless. The connectivity checks all complete successfully.
I'm not sure what connectivity checks you've run (you've not said), but error V210 is an account-specific code.
You're best calling VM - 150 (from a Virgin phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) - to resolve this.
