Hi, we are new to Virgin media, we got the ultimate package with 2 x V6 boxes fitted a couple of weeks ago, I haven’t checked the second box, but when watching anything on demand/catch up on the living room box we are getting constant buffering issues?? Surely this shouldn’t happen with this bundle, I need to resolve it as the wife keeps giving me the look that says- you wanted to move provider - why?? any advice greatly received
Sounds like it might be a V6 to Hub connection issue. How are you connecting the V6's to the Hub? Wifi or ethernet cable. If wifi can you connect (temporarily) on a Cat5e or better ethernet cable and see if they work ok then. If they do it suggests that you may need to improve the wifi at their locations - or use powerline adapters (if possible).
