V6 Box has lost all recordings

As per another post on here, our V6 Tivo Box has gone down to 8% after being at around 90% previously.  Folders still show under My Shows but with nothing in them.

Checking the "Recently deleted" folder only shows a couple of items that don't match with whats gone missing.

Is there any chance of recovering these shows?

You can try restarting the box via the Help & Settings menu, but otherwise - there's a good chance this is caused by a HDD fault

Neither TiVo nor V6 are known for this sort of thing.

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your recordings. 

 

Can you please confirm if you have been able to reboot your equipment and if the shows are now available? 

Also, can you please let us know if you have made any changes to your package with us recently?
