V6 Box green screen

Tivo V6 boke down with a green screen on 22nd March, despite initial contact through messages, no replacement box has been sent. All contact methods now appear to be missing due to Covid 19. Is there anyway to contact Virgin to get a replacement V6 box?

Sorry to hear you're having this problem. If you download the virgin media connect app, you can book an engineer through there. I know they are still sending out boxes in the post.
