My V6 box cuts out picture randomly on TV after 30mins and shows TV connection error ? Need support?
Any error message generated by your V6 would usually have an error code associated with it, which you can lookup here
Although not a cast-iron rule, if the error doesn't have a code, it's possibly being generated by your TV not the VM box. Check you have the correct HDMI inputs selected.

Thanks - we checked the HDMI cables and all inputs once again - all seem to be ok with a video output set auto at 1080 . We will see if this fixes the issue , thanks for the insight
