Hi I have woken this morning to find my virgin v6 box dead. I work 12 hr shifts in the NHS so have taken my break early to spend an hour on the phone on hold only to be answered by a very rude man who told me to phone back with a serial number when I explained I was unable to do this and dont virgin have a record of this he dismissed me as if I was an idiot. Very very annoyed how do I
a) get the ball rolling today with my problem as I have no TV channels.
b) get the guy who eventually answered a customer care course.
Hi No the box is completely dead I changed the fuse in the plug in case it was that and checked the wiring to no avail. It was working fine last night as I wached a bit of football after I got in from work at 20.00hrs
