V6 Box & HDMI Matrix Switch Incompatibility.

Hi

I've just installed a V6 box from you. It works fine when connected directly to a TV, but unfortunately, my TVs are no where near where the V6 and Hub are. I have a Wyrestorm 4K matrix switch running to several TVs in the house. I can play Apple TV and my 4k BluRay over the system with no problem. But with the V6 two problems occur. 1. There is sound and menus graphics, but no TV picture. 2. The sound and graphics cut out every couple of minutes or so for about 4 to 5 seconds. I'm not a technical guy, but from a cursory look around the web I can see it's likely to be a HDCP issue. But all the kit connected to the system is HDCP 2.2 compliant. So I'm now at a loss. Have you come across this issue before, and if so, can you suggest any fixes please?

Re: V6 Box & HDMI Matrix Switch Incompatibility.

Are your TVs' HDMI inputs HDCP 2.2 compliant? If they are then the problem is with the switch and I suggest contacting WyreStorm to see if they can help.

Re: V6 Box & HDMI Matrix Switch Incompatibility.

Thanks Roger. I will do. But it’s also HDCP 2.2 compliant. Paul.
