V6 Box all lights flashing

Hi

Please excuse me - this is my first post.

My v6 box is flashing two lights to the left of the virgin logo and the standby button is flashing white then red. On the TV it is stuck in standby mode. Have tried everything I have read on this forum. We currently are without TV. I have a couple of questions:

What is the best way to contact Virgin?

I tried their phone number 0345 454 11113 (on hold forever and gave up)

I tried sending a text to 075335051809 (no response after a day and a half)

Tried online web chat - after 12 hours I managed to type with someone who then forwarded me to the technical web chat where I waited patiently and then the web chat disappeared and rebooted with a blank screen - had to start again

Lodged an email form online - not heard anything.

Am I missing something here guys as I am at my wits end and burning too much time on this. Is there a better way to contact them?

These are the two recommend ways to report TV service faults. Calling is the best way to report major faults, I would suggest.

Call queues can be lengthy at times, but I'm afraid (as with many things in the current climate) a healthy dose of patience is needed.
