Virgin Media UHD stated go to Catch to watch The Rook before it starts it stated Upgrade to Watch, but I am on VVIP with V6 box I rang 150 could not get a satisfactory answer. Any answers would be helpful.
I happened to watch a bit of The Rook yesterday by going to either Catch Up or On Demand and doing a search for ROOK. It's worth trying again and if you still get the Upgrade to Watch message you'll need to call back and insist that the problem is fixed.
As I've got an HD TV, the V6 downscaled the video to 1080p50.
