V6 Box Unreliable

Recently changed from an old TiVo box (worked fine, just slow) to a new V6 package. Speed is better, but it goes down too often I.e.:

Reboots when watching a program.

Sometimes reboots but does not fully boot up, requiring turning off and on again.

Will not turn on from standby and needs to be turned off and on again.

So far, have tried:

1. Turning it off overnight

2. Running with the ethernet cable unplugged

3. Checked and rechecked all connections

4. Resetting by holding standby and '+' and turning the box on (loads the updates all over)

Calling 150 does nothing to help (an automated test simply verifies when it is and is not working) and getting hold of a person is impossible.

I rather think your box has a fault.

Sorry to say, but posting on here isn't an alternative to calling VM Faults to report your issue. Once the automated test has run, if you get disconnected then callback immediately and you should be able to queue.
