V6 Box S102 Error

Getting a S102 error when trying to set up. Can someone send the signal to fix it pls. I've been on the phone to VM for hours....

Sorry, but as per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 you do need to call VM to report this.

Thanks, I'm aware from the other posts. I have seen VM respond to these posts and resolve the issue. Can someone from VM sort this out as I spent hours on the phone last night only to be cut off. Now, I'm back on hold.
