New box, all cables snug and secure, loading channel list gets stuck at 33% and then gives the message in the post title.
Noticed several others have had the problem over the past year. Is there any client side fix or do you have to go through phone support (which I'm trying to avoid the tedium of)

If I were you I would wait for Forum Staff to pick this up, or dial 150, it's best first thing, around 8am due to that being the quietest time.
