Thanks SolentSurfer. I've had a look at the V6 box and can't find anything wrong with it. I've checked the hard drive details and it's reporting as okay also. When does the rebooting and clicking start? Is it as soon as you turn it on or after a while?
Just so I can be sure, please make sure that it's the only V6 box that is on so I can be sure it's the same box.
We have 3 V6 boxes and 1 TiVo. I have turned all the working ones off and left the one in question running. It is still in constant reboot cycle. After ‘welcome page’ it goes to ‘Starting up’ and then you can hear the drive pick up clicking then it reboots again and so on.
