V6 Box Activation

Yesterday I received a replacement V6 box because of the green screen of death, that installed and activated fine, but I put the 2nd box that I was using back in my sons room and now he's getting an error code (7400) and doesn't have access to any of the channels?

Tried to phone the activation line but it just goes in a loop on an automated service and the call centres are shut.

Quite often the the online checks on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 will resolve this for you, but otherwise I'm afraid you will need to call.

Call centres are open, along with many C/S agents working from home - but for various reasons, call volumes are probably rather high at the moment.
