V6 Booting loop and 'green screen of death'

My box isn't booting up and is stuck in a cycle of the booting up stage. We've tried everything I can see and have tried  contacting customer services. After over 40minutes hanging on the line, I gave up.  Judging from similar posts, it seems I need them to come out. We don't seem to have an email contact to request this. Can anyone advice what to do apart from keep calling?
