V6 BOX CONSTANTLY FREEZING THEN REBOOTING

Over the last week 10 days my V6 box distorts picture before freezing then eventually goes into reboot mode, this happens multiple times per day and night.

I have changed all cables & HDMI sockets, switched on and off at source, turned off from the mains, changed router connection and made sure every fitment is tight no resolve.

Driving me nuts, missing programs and not recording as should.

At these prices this should not happen

If your box is just rebooting on it's own then it's probably faulty.

You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
