I recently renewed my account and got a new hub and 2 v6 boxes to replace the old boxes. We installed all the devices ourselves. Received the 1st bill and there is an activation fee for 1 V6 box? We have always had a 2nd box so it’s not a new add on? No engineer needed they booked one but we cancellled as we did a quick start.
We have had our boxes changed twice over the many years we have been with VM & their predecessors, & both times there have been activation fees, especially for second boxes. I hasten to add ours were also self-install.
