V401 error streaming

I have 2 boxes - one down and one upstairs,   Recently when trying to watch a recording recorded upstairs - but watching downstairs, I am getting the V401 error.

have seen various posts but cannot work out what I need to do,

Please help !

V401 is an inadequate connection to your hub. This usually happens if you are connecting by WiFi, which requires high bandwidth.

If you are using WiFi, make sure you are connecting via a 5Ghz channel & not 2.4 as these can suffer from congestion.

If you are connecting via power lines, try rebooting or re-pairing them.

Most people have one TV box close to their hub or router, in which case always connect this box by Ethernet cable.
