Moved housed and trying to use the V6 on WiFi, I am connected and can get Netflix, Amazon prime etc but no catch up. Any ideas?
All streaming apps and OnDemand use the same internet connection.
If you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to Virgin Media services now, wait perhaps 10 minutes, and retry an OnDemand programme, does this make any difference?
