Especially if you have a V6, can you check your internet connection... follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, what does it report in the top-right?

Ok, that's one thing eliminated.
How recently was your box installed - which day? Sometimes apps/VOD can take a day or so to properly land.
Have you tried restarting your box?
Just trying to reboot it now.
Thanks ever so much, rebooted and the services have now popped up!!
