Hi, I had a Virgin media box (V6 box) and broadband hub installed 23rd June. Everything works fine except 'catch up' and 'on demand' which don't work and just give the message: 'Catch Up is temporarily unavailable. (V273) Please try again in a few minutes."
I have restated box but I'm still getting V273 error, also the 2nd box in bedroom works fine.
