V273 Error

Hi,
I had a Virgin media box (V6 box) and broadband hub installed 23rd June. Everything works fine except 'catch up' and 'on demand' which don't work and just give the message:
'Catch Up is temporarily unavailable. (V273) Please try again in a few minutes."

I have restated box but I'm still getting V273 error, also the 2nd box in bedroom works fine.

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I was very sorry to understand that one of your new boxes is having some issues with the CatchUp and OnDemand sections of the service. 

 

I can see that since your post you have been able to chat with us and have a technician booked out for this particular issue after we went through some checks with you - you can log into your online account to check the timeslot and reschedule if needed. virg.in/myVM
